Thank You Cong Aping
The Tarlac 2010 Palarong Pambansa Organizing Committee salutes the late Congressman Jose “Aping” Yap. The Tarlac Recreational Park, home of this year’s Palarong Pambansa was his brainchild. Upon this Park he left Tarlac, we shall take path breaking endeavors to make the province truly a sports and eco-tourism hub in the country as he dreamt it to be. We will miss you at the games Cong. Aping. Maraming Salamat Po.
